Coconut Water

Coconut water is the liquid that is naturally found in the interior cavity of the coconut. It has a transparent color, sometimes a little opaque, and is located in the interior hollow, surrounded by the coconut pulp, in the coconut nut. It has a characteristic flavor that can vary by the species until the state of the coconut (dry or fresh), also the flavor may depend on the terrain where the coconut palm is. This liquid can be prepared along with alcoholic beverages (mainly whiskey) or even drink alone, commonly with ice. Its flavor may even be slightly salty, if the palm is near the sea water, or else on the coast of the beach. It is also known as pipe water in Costa Rica, Panama, Ecuador and the Colombian Pacific.
