MILK POWDER

Dried milk or dried milk is obtained by dehydration of pasteurized milk. This process is carried out in special spray tower, where the water contained in milk is evaporated, obtaining a yellowish-white powder which retains the natural properties of the milk. To drink, the powder should be dissolved in drinking water.

This product is of great importance because, unlike liquid milk, need not be preserved in cold and therefore its life is prolonged. It has advantages such as lower cost and be much easier to store. Despite possessing the properties of natural milk, never has the same taste of fresh milk.
