Its diverse composition in entering fats (triglycerides which are the major fraction with 98% of the total lipid and fatty acids which form them are mainly saturated), proteins (casein, albumin and whey proteins) and carbohydrates (lactose, milk sugar specific), make it a complete meal.

Furthermore, whole cow's milk is an important source of vitamins (vitamins A, B, D3, E). Vitamin D is set by the calcium phosphate teeth and bones, so it is especially suitable for children. Colostrum is a yellowish fluid, rich in proteins and antibodies essential for the immunization of the newborn. Despite this, no industrially applicable.
