A pork chop is a cut of meat obtained in the pig spine. A pork chop adult usually contains part of a vertebra and part of the corresponding rib, and is generally large enough to be served as an individual portion for one person.
For the lamb chops, however, for a single person are usually served several chops, as in the lamb are smaller than in the pig. Pork chops marinated can be sold for more flavor. As the pork needs to be cooked longer than beef, and therefore there is a risk too dry meat, pork chops in brine can be tanned to retain moisture.
